Waiver of Liability

I do hereby release C.O.N.E., Zahra Lightway, Kellyann Conway and all C.O.N.E. staff, and representatives, from any injury or damage to all persons or property resulting from attendance at the Children of the New Earth Conference in Durango, CO, September 1st,2nd, 3rd.

Cancellation Policy

30 days or more before the event, fees may be refunded less a $75.00 cancellation fee/person. Between 30 and 21 days prior to the event 50% will be refunded. 21 - 14 days prior to the event 25% will be refunded. Less than 14 days prior there are no refunds.
